Homeowners who contact Splaopenday Floor Coating should be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care.
If you are unhappy with a floor coating job:
1. First, raise it with the provider in writing. 2. Next, keep copies of everything you send and receive. 3. Then, let us know too.
Your feedback helps keep the network honest. Providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Splaopenday Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm we received your message by email, usually within a few business days. We will then look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If our reply does not resolve things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or a local Better Business Bureau. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
